Very sweet and affectionate neutered male. Talkative.
Has collar, but no tags.
Very obviously a beloved housecat.
Please describe collar, provide the cat's name, name of attending vet, and indicate if this cat is microchipped. Please describe any distinguishing physicalxl haracteristics or behavioral traits.
My gut tells me this cat was taken from someone and dumped as some form of punishment. 40 years in rescue, here.
