I was staying in my air bnb in Chinatown and she jumped/fell off the balcony on the 5th floor a neighbor told me when she tried to catch/chase a pigeon... I called all the animan hospitals and rescue shelters and no luck so far. It happened early this morning when I was at work... shes wearing a black and white collar with a pink bell...m she answers to penu ...
