J'étais en voiture, il gisait sur le trottoir. Je suis allée à mairie prevenir. Environ 15h. Un agent de la mairie est passer le ramasser. J'ai conseillé de vérifier s'il était identifié. Il n'avait pas de collier. J'ai insisté pour que cela soit fait quand même. Je ne sais pas si'il manque à quelqu'un. Au cas où des personnes le cherche depuis je préfère mettre une info.
