A small black cat keeps returning around my home. It looks very skinny has green eyes and has long fur primarily on its tail. I've managed to bring it into my house, it's super sweet, has long fur, pretty sure it's a kitten around 3-4months old. I also believe it's a girl but not 100% sure.
