We gave her to the neighbor for a few days, but she didnt properly take care of neeli, and apparently some kids stole her from the neighbors terrace. The kids are O-levels students and they have before climbed to her terrace before(theyr'e from neighbor's neighbor house) but its not confirmed how she got lost, my neighbor even told me 15 hours late that neeli disappeared and she doesnt help me now either. It has been 15 days but I cannot find her. She has blue eyes, she is also deaf. She has always been an indoor cat so im worried that she's scared right now. She probably has a collar on, the collar was brown. We got her a haircut like a month ago.
