I was staying briefly in a Motel and she was a former stray and a lady my mother trusted explained a detail to my mom that meant she was feral (I have her adoption papers.) This woman allegedly/rumoured to need catch and release hrs for a certification. I suspect malice, and also heard she was bit trying to pet her. She would have been terrified, my sweet girl. My mom didn't understand she was doing anything other than showing the feral mark and giving her a treat. She took my cat. This was the first time since being adopted I had had to move her, we were moving & I wasn't there. My heart hurts, I am especially suspicious of hearing this bite needed to be seen. My cat would have been easily id several ways & her vaccine dates available & ways to contact me. I would have been surprised if a stranger molesting my cat didn't defend herself.
